Overview

Our objective was to demonstrate why Mondeo’s desirability lasts beyond the initial attraction.

So our solution combined elegant photographic imagery (to showcase exterior style) with distinctive X-ray imagery (to highlight the car’s new technology). Of course, the inference was: if you’re thinking about buying an Audi, BMW, or VW instead of a Mondeo… why?

Online, people could explore the Mondeo through a series of videos. Each highlighted key features and technologies, and we designed the site to deliver a suitably stylish, high-tech and ‘premium’ looking experience.

The campaign concept ‘true beauty comes from within’ was mirrored in the print: using beautifully shot reflections.

TV

‘Never work with animals…’ is the traditional advice. Yet this ad featured an eagle, a zebra and a manta ray. Of course, it also starred an equally graceful and athletic beast: the new Mondeo.
